If the tiles arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our Material Depot support team immediately. Tiles are inherently delicate, and as per our company standards, a maximum damage of 2-3% may occur during transit and handling. After inspecting the reason of damage we will provide you the replacement of damaged piece

GVT tiles have decorative designs and a glossy finish with a glaze layer, while Vitrified Tiles have a uniform appearance, no glaze, and higher slip resistance.
