If the tiles arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our Material Depot support team immediately. Tiles are inherently delicate, and as per our company standards, a maximum damage of 2-3% may occur during transit and handling. After inspecting the reason of damage we will provide you the replacement of damaged piece

For floors, it is recommended to use either porcelain or vitrified tiles. These tiles are more durable, have low water absorption, and can withstand heavy foot traffic. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor flooring applications.
GVT tiles have decorative designs and a glossy finish with a glaze layer, while Vitrified Tiles have a uniform appearance, no glaze, and higher slip resistance.
Vitrified tiles are highly durable, have low water absorption, and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Ceramic tiles are less durable, have higher water absorption, and are typically used for indoor applications such as walls and floors.

Tiles can also be used creatively, like as kitchen backsplashes, in living areas as decorative borders, or in outdoor spaces. Mosaic tiles could even be used to form unique art or feature walls. Even more creative uses for tiles can include using them as tabletops for furniture.
